Abstract

Jumlah penjualan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 menurun menjadi latar belakang dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan adopsi e-commerce terhadap kinerja UMKM pada sektor kuliner di Kota Sukabumi, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini mengusulkan analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode cluster sampling untuk mengumpulkan data dari 147 pemilik atau manajer UMKM sektor kuliner yang telah menggunakan teknologi e-commerce di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini di analisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software AMOS 24.00. Dua hipotesis dirumuskan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian; (a) Adanya pengaruh positif orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM, (b) Adanya pengaruh positif adopsi e-commerce terhadap kinerja UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan maupun adopsi e-commerce memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM sektor kuliner. Peneliti juga menemukan bahwa adopsi e-commerce memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM.
