Abstract

Thyphoid fever is one of the health problems in indonesia occurs 760-810 in a year.Base on the data in 2015 stated that thyphoid fever happend with the total number46,142 children who suffered in west java and was the third at that time. For sure in becomes the health problem especially for children. The symptom occures in thyphoid fever when the temperature raise above normal. Because of that there have been many ways done by the medical experts to cope the fever with either pharmacology or nonpharmacology. In this paper, the writer would like to discusson how to cope the fever by using non pharmalogical therapy by using aloe bera compress. The aim of this aloe vera compress technique is to understand and applythe technique to toddlers. Research data is taken by collecting the data from the observationand interview to the client's family. The result was done in three days for six meetings. The result, the temperature drop by using aloe vera compress for0,4 until 0,8 c. Base on the result, it is concluded that using aloe vera compress technique is able to drop the increased temperature.
