Abstract

Hypertension generally occurs without symptoms, most people do not feel anything even though their blood pressure is far above normal, so hypertension is also often called the sillent killer. Hypertension can be controlled with pharmacological therapy. One of the management of hypertension with non-pharmacological therapy is healthy heart exercise. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to determine the application of healthy heart exercise with a decrease in cardiac output in hypertensive patients in Cipari village, Sukabumi district. This writing method uses a case study strategy. Researchers performed healthy heart exercise therapy once a day for three consecutive days. Healthy heart exercise is done for 30 minutes. The results obtained after doing therapy there is a decrease in blood pressure from 160/90 mmHg to 130/80 mmHg. It can be said that there is a significant effect of offering heart healthy therapy on lowering blood pressure.
