Abstract

This Final Project Report was prepared by Siti Sarah, Student Identification Number 1941211025, with the title "PROCEDURE FOR PAYING ON NAME OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON TWO WHEEL IN PT. SELAMAT LESTARI MANDIRI". This report is prepared based on research conducted by the author at PT. Congratulations Lestari Mandiri Sukabumi. The author concludes that tax is a mandatory levy for the state from the people which is used to finance central and local government spending for the welfare of the community. One of the types of taxes that exist in Indonesia is local taxes which consist of Provincial Taxes. One of the taxes included in the provincial tax is the Transfer of Names for Motor Vehicles (BBNKB). In the research method this time using the observation method where the observation and review of the activities of the transfer of motorized vehicle title transfers at PT. Selamat Lestari Mandiri. Where the object is the personnel officer of BBNKB PT. Selamat Lestari Mandiri. For now, the BBNKB staffing officer at PT. Selamat Lestari Mandiri carries out the procedure for Transfer of Names for Motorized Vehicles in accordance with the applicable law.
