Abstract

Complex health problems are the result of various environmental problems that are natural or man-made. This paper aims to gain real experience in providing nursing care directly to clients with Diabetes Mellitus. Diabetes Mellitus is a heterogeneous group of disorders characterized by elevated blood glucose levels or hyperglycemia. With symptoms of feeling tired, you should have enough rest, weight loss and frequent urination at night, the main complaints that usually appear are weight loss, feeling tired and dizzy. The diagnosis that appears on the client is ineffective peripheral tissue perfusion related to decreased blood circulation to the periphery. After doing nursing care for 2 days, the authors evaluate the results of the implementation in accordance with the plan that has been prepared. But there is one diagnosis that partially solves the problem. So that nurses are able to improve nursing care services to patients with diabetes mellitus.
