Abstract
The process of giving birth is a condition that causes the mother to feel physically or psychologically exhausted so that a postpartum condition has an impact on the quality of life, including mothers who experience episiotic tears. There were 6 people who experienced an episiotomy tear in the working area of the Agrabinta Public Health Center. The episiotomy wound can pose a risk of infection if it is not treated properly and properly. One of the treatments at risk of infection is early mobilization which aims to reduce the risk of infection in the episiotomy wound. The aim is to understand and apply early mobilization in postpartum mothers with episiotomy wounds. The data collection methods in this scientific paper are interviews, observations and documentation. by providing nursing care for 3 days. The results of the study obtained that there was no infection in the episiotomy wound with the provision of early mobilization applications. This research is expected to be a reference for further researchers.
