Abstract

Writing this scientific paper in the background by health is not only free from disease in one’s life, but also physical, mental and social well-being is very important. Problems or diseases that attack the body system, especially the respiratory system, one of which is Asthma. It is the author of managing Family Nursing Care towards Mr. H’s family, especially in Ms. S with Asthma Bronchial. Before being given therapy for deep breathing relaxation techniques obtained data that patients experience shortness of breath, RR 26 x/minute, there is wheezing, there is retraction of the chest wall and there is wheezing sound. After being given therapy in deep breath relaxation techniques obtained data that shortness of breath is reduced, RR 21 x/minute, no wheezing, no retraction of the chest wall and no wheezing sound. It can be concluded that deep breath relaxation technique therapy can reduce the signs and symptoms of ineffective breathing patterns in people with asthma bronchial before and after the therapy of deep breath relaxation techniques.
