Abstract
Hypertension is a symptom of increased blood pressure which then affects other organs, such as stroke, brain or coronary heart disease for blood vessels, heart and heart muscle. The treatment of hypertension sufferers has so far been proven to be ineffective because it often causes recurrence and causes side effects that are risky in the long term. Prolanis gymnastics is a type of low impact aerobic exercise. Pronal exercise provides a low load on the joints in every movement so it is suitable for the elderly. This study applies prolanis exercise to Ny. U to lower blood pressure. This research method is observation, interview, literature study. Based on the results of the application that the author did on Mrs. There is a decrease in blood pressure reduction after doing prolanis exercise therapy which is quite maximal. As input and information for nurses, nurses are expected to be able to apply the prolanis exercise technique to reducing blood pressure.
