This research is entitled “Tea Supply Chain in CV. Sumber Daun (Hegarmanah Village, Takokak District, Cianjur Regency)”. This study aims to determine how the flow of the tea supply chain, as well as how to manage raw materials, production processes and product distribution to consumers at CV. Sumber Daun (Hegarmanah Village, Takokak District, Cianjur Regency). The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Then the sampling in this study using non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. This research is motivated by the problems faced by CV. Sumber Daun in the tea supply chain management process, namely at the distribution stage that is carried out is still conventional with unsupported infrastructure such as using land transportation with damaged road barriers and lack of lighting so that it disrupts the smooth flow of logistics traffic. In addition, there is no customer service available. The results of this study indicate that the management of the tea supply chain at CV. Sumber Daun which involves suppliers and consumers have not been fully implemented in an integrated manner. The supply chain actually has a clear chain target, the chain members are structured according to their roles. However, in this supply chain activity, the role of the supporting chain members is still not directly felt by the chain actors.
