Rachmad Sufianto. 2021. The Impact of The Maribaya Lodge Tourism Object Development on the Socio-Economic Condition of the Community in Cibodas Lembang Village, West Bandung Regency. Under the guidance of RENY SUKMAWANI and ENDANG TRI ASTUTININGSIH. The Lodge Maribaya has very beautiful natural potential, so it is expected to become a major tourist destination for tourists, this is also supported by the ability or capacity of the surrounding community to take advantage of opportunities with many tourists coming. The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of The Lodge Maribaya tourism object on the social and economic conditions of the people of Cibodas Lembang Village, West Bandung Regency. The method used is descriptive method. The results of the study using village data showed that there was a change in the 5-year period to an increase in job opportunities reaching 55.39%, a change in community livelihoods, an increase in community income reaching 9.38% and regional original income reaching 3.98%, a decrease in the number of unemployed reached 18.88%, and the number of declines in underprivileged families reached 0.68%.
