Abstract

The research was aimed at determining the analysis of organic green curly lettuce farming (Case Study at Rumahku Hijau, Cikaret village, Kebonpedes district, Sukabumi regency). The method applied in the research was study case method conducted at Rumahku Hijau, Cikaret village, Kebonpedes district, Sukabumi regency. The results of the research show that the farming costs is amounted to Rp. 67.520.000,00 and the revenue from organic green curly lettuce farming at Rumahku Hijau for 1 season is amounted to Rp. 398.000.000,00/ha so that the income obtained is Rp. 327.4800.000,00. The results of BEP analysis of grade A products and rupiahs indicate a break-even point, namely the selling point amounted to 1.381 kg with a value of Rp. 40.195,00/kg. Meanwhile, the grade B BEP product and rupiahs show a break-even point namely the selling point of 8.116 kg with a value of Rp. 8.201,00. In addition, for the R/C analysis, the organic green curly lettuce farming at Rumahku Hijau has been very profitable because the R/C value over the farming costs of 5.6 obtained is above 1, meaning that organic green curly lettuce farming is feasible and profitable.
