Abstract

The marriages and domastic happyly are the hope for all human. Based on the fact of the court, in the city of sukabumi the case of the problem between husband and wife is increasing enough that the number of those suing is the wife, up to 742 cases that were made at the sukabumi clergy during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to learn the factors behind the rise in divorce cases in the cokabumi city of the cokabumi pandemic of 19 and to learn and analyze islamic law regarding the increase in divorce cases in the city of sukabumi at the time of the covid pandemic 19. The study USES qualitative research by using a normativejurisdictional approach. As for the data sources used that are the primary and secondary data. The basis for the theory used is the murincorrect al-maslahah theory and the law protection theory. Research and analysis have led to the conclusion that the factors responsible for the rise in divorce cases at sukabumi during the covid pandemic of 19 asa result of the moral and moral crisis, economic factors and lack of harmony in domestic relationships. Hence, these underlying factors make the collapse of all the requirements and marital harmony under the laws of islamic marriage.
