Abstract

This Final Report was prepared by Zahara Augustira (1841211001), with the title "Retribution Payment System for Public Market Services in Sukaraja Market at the SME Cooperative Trade Office." This report was prepared based on the results of research conducted by the author at the SME Cooperative Trading Service and Sukaraja Market. Sukabumi Regency. Market levies are regulated in Law No. 28 of 2009 namely the provision of market facilities which are managed by the local government and provided for traders and traditional market facilities, namely kiosks and stalls, besides that the market also provides various needs or goods for the community. Sukaraja Market and the Department of Trade, SME Cooperatives are the places of this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the Sukaraja Market retribution payment system, to determine the effectiveness of the Sukaraja market levy, to determine the realization and target of the Sukaraja market levy, to determine the Sukaraja Market levy rate and the constraints and solutions in collecting market levies. The author in completing this final report uses qualitative descriptive methods and data collection techniques carried out, namely interviews, literature studies and field studies. Interviews were conducted with employees of the Sukaraja market and the trade office, literature studies using books, laws and through the internet and field studies based on the results of research in the field, namely in the Sukaraja market and the Trade Office. From this study it can be said that the Sukaraja market retribution payment system still uses the manual method, the effectiveness of the collection is carried out every day and there is a decrease in 2020, where targets and realizations have increased every year 2019, the market retribution rate in the Sukaraja market is in accordance with the law.Regent Law and Regulation No. 69 of 2010 the obstacles and solutions that were carried out at the time of collecting market levies were the lack of high awareness and the difficulty of paying market levies from traders. The solution was for traders in the market to have a high understanding and awareness to pay market levies
