Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of implementing online learning and to describe students' perceptions about the implementation of online learning in primary schools. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach and the research subjects were teachers of class Vb and class Vb students totaling 35 students. Interviews with teachers and questionnaire sheets given to students via google form are the data collection techniques used. The data analysis technique starts from data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of online learning was not much different from the face-to-face implementation, even the lesson plans used for online learning still used face-to-face lesson plans. However, the delivery is slightly different because it is done online, there are some additions in delivering the material being taught. There are several obstacles that are felt by students in online learning, one of which is the inadequate communication tools and the absence of an internet quota. For students 'perceptions of the implementation of learning based on student answers, it can be said both for acceptance and assessment, but for students' understanding it is only good enough. This happens because of several obstacles that are felt by the students themselves.
