Abstract
The research was aimed at determining the influence of work life balance and organizational commitment toward work satisfaction. The methods applied in the research were descriptive and associative with quantitative approach. The technique of sampling applied was saturation sampling. Samples were all employees of PT. Telkom Witel Sukabumi amounted to 59 persons. The techniques of analyzing data applied were multiple linear regressions, determination coefficient test, multiple correlation coefficients, and partial test (test T). The results of the research using determination coefficient test and observed from the value (Adjusted R2 ) is amounted to 0.809. It can be interpreted that the influence of work life balance and organizational commitment toward work satisfaction is aggregated to 80.9%, while the rest of 19.1% is influenced by other factors not studied in the research. From the correlation coefficient test, the R value is amounted to 0.900, showing that there is a very strong relation between work life balance and organization commitment with work satisfaction.
