Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of non performing loans in Perumda BPR X at Sukabumi Variable used in this study is non performing loans . This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study was Perumda BPR X at Sukabumi financial reports for 2016-2018. Data collection is carried out primary and secondary. The results of this study regarding the credit conditions in Perumda BPR X at Sukabumi especially bad loans for the past three years have continued to increase. In 2016, non-performing loans occurred around Rp. 11,762,680,003 or around 5.3% of total loans disbursed for the year, in 2017 the amount of non-performing loans amounted to Rp. 14,522,088,066 or around 5.6% of the total loans that were successfully disbursed in 2017 and in 2018 the number of bad loans amounted to Rp 17,573,589,969 or around 6.6% of the total loans that were successfully disbursed in 2018.
