Abstract

The learning process cannot be separate from the role as a teacher in using learning methods and larning media that will be used when the learning process runs. There are many methods that can be used to support the learning process but only 3 methods are used namely lectur method, discussion method and demonstration method. Therefore it is important to use methodes and media to increase students interest in learning basic swimming techniques. By using learning media, teacher can deliver interesting material so tahat students will not be bored in learning process. The research method used is quantatve through obesevation,interview with teachers and library research. The concept of system analysis uses object-oriented analysis techniques and design techniques ranging fromideas,themes,logline,synopsis,characterizations,scenarios,navigation,structur e and storyboard. The design is done using UML (unifield Modeling Langguage) modelling,namely with usecase diagrams,activity diagrans and class diagrans. This learning media implementation was created using adobe flash cs6,adobe illustrator and adobe soundbooth by testing the system using a blackbox. The result of this study concering the basic animation of swimming techniques. With this basic swimming animation technique students can easily fit in a variety of swimming styles
