Abstract

Sign language is a language commonly used by deaf in communicating. The sign language is performed by the teacher. Sign language differs from each region, for example in West Java, to visit the area then learn of the sign language. Learning sign Language will be efficient when you can do it anytime and anywhere. Indonesian Sign Language learning Website can be a solution to learn sign language. Building this website uses waterfall method in its development. The Website is created using the PHP programming language and is designed usingtheunifield Modeling language(UML) and is user friendly,, making it easier for users in their operation. The utilization of the Indonesian Sign Language learning website can be used as a media for language learning in Indonesia, especially in the scope of West Java which is effective and efficient in translating Bahasa Indonesia into the language sign of Indoensia.
