Rika Regina. 1630611040 : ANALYSIS OF INTERNAL CONTROL FOR INVENTORY OF TRANDING GOODS IN ALFAMART FATMAWATI 6 STORES, ALFAMART MADRASAH 2 STORES AND ALFAMART H.NAWI 2 STORES JAKARTA SELATAN. (Supervisor: Chofiuddin Muchlis, M.Ak and Risma Nurmilah, M.Si) Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. July 2020 This research was aimed to find out : (1) implementation of Internal Control implementated bye the company in Alfamart Stores. (2) The Role of Control Over the Supply of Commercial Goods in Alfamart Stores. (3) Obstacles and Solutions in implementing Internal Control of Merchandise Inventory in Alfamart Stores. Variable consist of Control as an independent variable, Merchandise Inventory variable as an dependent variable. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive appoarch. This reseach was conducted using observation and interview techniques with parties involved in controlling inventory of merchandise. This results of this study are that internal control over the inventory of goods that includes the control environment,risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring are running well. But regarding the discipline of Alfamart store employees there are still those who do not obey the internal control process of inventory of merchandise.
