Analysis of Difference in Hospital Rates with Indonesian Case Based Groups (INACBG) Rates for National Class Health Care Patients (JKN) Inpatient Class 3 and their links to Service Quality (case study at. The aim of this study is to analyze differences in hospital rates and INACBG rates on the payment of claims for inpatient JKN third class patients and their relation to service quality. This research was conducted at Betha Medika Hospital with the aim to determine the differences and the factors that cause the differences, as well as their relation to the quality of third class inpatient services. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study used a descriptive qualitative method. Technical analysis of data by comparing real hospital rates with Indonesian Case Based Groups (INACBG) package rates using a descriptive analyst method, this research data is oriented to the real cost of payment of National Health Insurance (JKN) participants in third-class inpatient health services. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in hospital real rates with INACBG package rates. Of the 153 cases of disease, there was a positive difference received by the hospital, namely in the case of specialist internal medicine, surgical specialist, pediatric specialist, neurological specialist, and obgyn or midwifery. There are factors causing differences in hospital real rates with Indonesian Case Based Gropus package rates (INACBG) in inpatient services for class 3 JKN participants in Betha Medika Hospital, namely: (1) standard hospital real tariffs with INACBG package rates (2) accuracy in coding diagnosis and action procedures.
