Abstract

NURHAYATI. Analysis Proximate Formulation Flour Maggot (Hermetia illucens) and Azolla Pinnata to Feed Catfish. Guided by Dr. Reni Mulyani, M.Si dan Dikdik Mulyadi, M.Pkim Increasing the price of protein sources for animal-based feed and vegetable and the increase in the population of living creatures. So feed ingredients start to decrease. Therefore, the purpose of this research is done to find out the results of fish feed formulation with maggots material and Azolla pinnata. Where these two ingredients have a high enough protein value to be applied in feed formulation. The results of this study showed that the formulation of maggots flour and Azolla pinnata with a ratio of 1:1, 1:2 and 2:1 have different protein values, where the highest protein value is in the formulation of 2:1 with a protein value of 32%. Results of proximate test water content of 3%, ash 9.35%, fat 25.9%, crude fiber 19% and carbohydrate 10.5%. The results of the formulation composition of 2:1 formulations showed a good respons (P>0.05) to the growth of catfish with the value of SGR (specifics Growth Rate) 3.5%.
