Abstract

The Sukabumi District Government Office Building Development Project is one of the projects which has a function as support for social facilities and aims at equitable development so that the distribution of social facilities services can be centralized. In buildings that have more than 2 level deep foundations are used. Researchers are planning a bored pile foundation that can be used as an alternative in the construction project of the Sukabumi Regency Government Office Building. This study aims to obtain the value of the foundation bearing capacity that meets the safe factor. The research data were obtained based on secondary data. Based on the results of the study, the bored pile foundation planning with a diameter of 1 m and a length of foundation as deep as 5 m, the ultimate bearing capacity (Qu) single pile of 344,20 tons, a bearing capacity of permit (Qa) 107,74 tons, and a single pile reduction of 0.011. m. The efficiency of the pile group (Eg) used the Converse-Labbare Formula method with variations in the number of pile groups of 2, 3 and 4 piles, respectively 0.88, 0.84, and 0.76. The pile group permit capacities (Qg) are 189.38 tons, 271.02 tons and 326.57 tons, and the pile reduction of 0.016 m. Based on these results, it can be denied that the greater the number of bored piles in the pile group has a large influence on the value of the bearing capacity of the pile, because the more piles used, the greater the bearing capacity value of the bored pile foundation and it is safe to bear the load of the building.
