Abstract

This final report was compiled by Fanny Permata Gunawan (1741211008), entitled “Procedure of Payment Land and Building Tax use the bjb e-tax”. This report was prepared based on the result of research by the writer at bjb bank office of Cianjur. The background of the authors doing the study is the application of the payment of the Land and Building Tax, trough the bjb e-tax service, which makes it easier for taxpayers to pay taxes especially the payment of the Land and Building Tax, which this time bjb is in cooperation with the local government in managing its local tax payment. The study aims to find out the balance of the Land and Building Tax, codemaking ordinances for the payment of the Land and Building Tax of both collectively and the media promotion done by bjb in introducing bjb’s e-tax service. The research method used is descriptive. As for the data-collecting techniques used are observations and library studies. The research shows that the tax payment of the Land and Building Tax using the bjb e-tax service system in place of two via bank ATM bjb and mobile banking of bjb digi. Land and Building Tax performed collectively responsible collectively can instantly access the cianjurkab.v-tax.id website. The id matches the existing code-making ordinance. Among other media promotions, bjb’s bank cooperation with the regional government, the promotion of social media, and the distribution of pamphlets in well-strategic place.
