Abstract

Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi is one of the universities that develop rapidly in the city of Sukabumi, along the development of Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi, of course need the addition and recruitment of new lecturers, because the process of engineering is still manual such as the record of data still written on paper form and also the calculation process is manually calculated, so the decision support system is to use profile matching to make the process of screening new lecturers can be more effective and efficient because the process of data and calculations is automatically processed by the system. By implementing the Decision support system using profile matching in the selection of new lecturers, it will be facilitated the selection process and obtain the best candidates in accordance with the criteria needed, so that the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi can develop to the fullest. Based on the results of the calculation using the steps of profile matching method can be deduced the best new lecturer is S2 or second person simulation with a final value of 4.6593.
