Abstract

The Moring Karya Bersama factory, located in Lembursawah, is one of the factories that produce snacks made from tapioca flour, wheat flour, garlic, red chili, and other flavorings. During this time, the moring plant produces moring based only on the factory owner's intuition, without using special calculations, which results in uncertainty of profit and demand. If the company can predict the number of sales requests per day, procurement costs can be minimized. One approach that can be taken to estimate the number of sales per day is to use a simulation method. This study uses the Monte Carlo Simulation Method to determine daily requests and benefits. The results of the research prove that from conducting a series of six-day demand trials, total sales reached 190 kg with an average daily demand of 32 kg and obtained a total sales profit of Rp3,600,000, with an average daily profit of Rp600,000. factory for sale the next day (days to come).
