Abstract

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF CIKAHURIPAN IRIGATION BUILDING. Yoga Prasetyo Dwiyantama. NIM.1630111009. The irrigation function is as a supplier, controller, and distributor of water to supplied agricultural land mainly during the dry season. Irrigation aims to realize the utilization of water, integrated, for agricultural land. A good irrigation management system will greatly affect the optimal agricultural production in the context of national food security. To get a good irrigation management system, we need an Operations and Maintenance of an irrigation network. In the Operations and Maintenance of an irrigation network, there are six points of assessment to determine the performance of an irrigation network. One of the assessment factors is the irrigation network physical infrastructure. Irrigation network physical infrastructure can be classified into two core assessments, the buildings and the canals. In this study that conducted in Cikahuripan irrigated area, there were around sixty three irrigation buildings spread over primary and secondary canals. The entire buildings has been analyzed for performance using the Ministerial Regulation of Public Work Number 12/PRT/M/2015 that is translated into the Irrigation System Performance Index. The result it that the final assessment analysis of the Cikahuripan irrigation buildings condition is amount 6.16% of the maximum value of physical infrastucture that is 9% or 68,471% which means the condition of the buildings is in the damaged category, if the condition 60%-80% from the beginning condition of the buildings, then the follow-up recommendation that needs to be done is a maintenance with repair.
