Abstract

BUILDING MAINTENANCE COST ANALYSIS. (Case Study on the D, E, and F Building at Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi). Andrian Rohmat. 1630111023 Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi’s building was used as a place of activity where the intensity of its usage was hight. Building maintenance requires a proper maintenance manual in accordance with existing regulations (NO: 24/PRT/M/2008). A good maintenance work program is carried out each year, where the work program is detailed in the 4 programs that are: daily work program, weekly work program, montly work program, and annual work program. In this research there are two methods such as observation and quantification. Observation is made to investigate and adapt the components of building for a good maintenance process. And then quantification is made to identification and counting the cost maintenance of building for every year. From research that has been conducted, some conclusions can be drawn, including the cost of improvments to the D building by Rp 52.344.496,68-, the E building by Rp 60.687.306,60-, and the F building by Rp 47.338.616,56-,. The maintenance cost of the building at Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi for the D building amounted to Rp 111.023.543,40-, for building E of Rp 136.293.221,67- , and for building F of Rp 90.306.707,14-,. These costs are expected to rise every year.
