Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of exercise ladder drills, Zig zag run against the agility of the right Crescent kick Pencak Silat. This research uses quantitative methods (Pretest-Posttest Control group Design). The population of this research is taken from the members of the college of Pencak Silat Tapak Suci Caringin Sukabumi sacred site which amounted to 25 people samples taken 20 people. Sampling of these studies with purposive sampling techniques, i.e. sampling techniques with certain considerations. Instruments in this study are: (1) Training program (2) left right Crescent kick test. Based on the results of the calculations using analysis techniques of normality test, test-F and test-T. In the get result F count is smaller than F table, i.e. F count (1.13) and F table (3.18) and T count smaller than T table i.e. T count (1.57) and T table (3.179). Based on the significance of the 0.05 and Hα in the decline means that there is no influence on the method of training ladder drill and zig zag run against the agility of the right crescent-left of the Tapak Suci Caringin Sukabumi 2020.
