Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe the process of implementing traditional gameplay activities and analyze the results of the development of interpersonal intelligence of early childhood B Islam Al-Fauza kindergarten-aged 5-6 years, through traditional gameplay activities. Student activities in the Al-Fauza Islamic Kindergarten have not been able to develop multiple intelligences, one of which is in the development of children's interpersonal intelligence, because participants lack confidence in carrying out activities related to the socialization of students. Therefore through traditional games will be more effectively applied at school because through the game students will have more interaction with participants and will further increase confidence in students so that students' interpersonal intelligence can to grow and develop optimally. This study uses qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study are the process of implementing traditional game activities carried out by the curriculum program. Based on data from observations, interviews and documentation that have been carried out regarding traditional game activities in the Al-Fauza Islamic Kindergarten can prove to be effective and urgently needed for the development of interpersonal learners' intelligence, this is evidenced by the students being able to support and socialize with friends visiting and the surrounding environment.
