Abstract

PT. Haleyora Power is a subordinate company of PT. PLN and is engaged in the sector of Operation and Maintenance of transmission network as well as electrical distribution. The research was triggered by a problem in terms of the decrement of employee performance which was predicted to be caused by incentive. The research was aimed at determining the influence of incentive toward employees’ performance. Research methods applied were descriptive and associative. The techniques of collecting data applied by the researcher were observation, interview, questionnaire, documentation and literature review. The techniques of analyzing data were commenced from preparing and tabulating data to testing phase. The result of calculating Hypothesis Test is t count ≥ t table which namely is 14.071 ≥ 1.997 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Such result indicates that there is significant influence between incentive and employee performance. Implication for PT. Haleyora Power Cikembar Sukabumi is that the company shall fix and improve employees’ performance through factors that can influence employees’ performance itself, especially in terms of incentive and other factors in general. Therefore, PT. Haleyora Power Cikembar Sukabumi can improve their employees’ performance through factors that are influential.
