Abstract

Pian Sopian (1530611119) Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. The title of the thesis influences the quality of service, transparency and zakat collection at the BAZNAS in Sukabumi Regency. Advisor I Sulaeman, S.E., M.Sc. Advisor II Tina Kartini, S.E., M, .Esy. Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that is required for every Muslim who is capable and very important position in Islam. Can be seen in Al-Qur'an Surat At-Tawbah verse 60 which means "Verily the Zakat is only for the needy, the poor, amil zakat, who softened his heart (converts), to (liberate) the slave, to ) people who are in debt, for the way of Allah and for those who are on their way, as an obligation from God. Allah is Knower, Wise. "Zakat management organizations (BAZ and LAZ) are institutions engaged in zakat management. For this reason, zakat management organizations must be accountable and transparent in terms of managing their zakat as well as in terms of their services so that the collection of zakat is in accordance with their potential. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service, transparency, and accountability for zakat collection in BAZNAS, Sukabumi district The method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The unit of analysis in this case is the quality of service, transparency, accountability and zakat collection at the Sukabumi Regency National Amil Zakat Agency. The method of data collection used is the questionnaire method to the BAZNAS individual muzakki of Sukabumi Regency with 61 respondents. To determine the effect of service quality, transparency and accountability on zakat collection, then perform a statistical test, namely the validity and reliability test using SPSS 24 for Windows, and the data analysis technique also uses SPSS 24 for Windows. The results of the study show. The results showed that service quality, transparency and accountability were very good as well as the collection of zakat funds, and the results of quantitative research showed the influence of service quality, transparency and accountability on zakat collection 61.8% and the rest influenced by other factors.
