Abstract

The planning of moving capital of Indonesia country to Borneo island was declared by Joko Widodo as President of Indonesia on 28 August 2019. Based on region, Borneo has abundant enough of wooden material. Wood material can be an alternative to build the house and building especially for resident people. For that, the writer set forward this research use a model row house of 5 floors with wooden shear wall structure, than make analysis of performance structure Laminated/ CTL using Etabs V 9.7.4 aplication. The result analysis showed of the performance wood shear wall structure is included in the performance level of total maximum (drift) 0.0162 X-Way,0.0124 Y direction and maximum total (In-Elastic Drift), 0.0055 X direction, 0.0028 Y direction of the structure is subjected to minimal damage because the structure will return as originally declared safe and wooden structure can be applied to the Borneo region.
