Alvi Apriliani (1530611042). Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. Effect of Non Performing Loans and Loan To Deposit Ratio on Profitability (Case Study at BPR Sukabumi Kalapnunggal Branch). (Advisor Andri Indrawan, S.E., M.Ak and Tina Kartini, SE., M.Sy. This study aims to determine the effect of non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratio on profitability. The variables used in this study are non-performing loans, loan to deposit ratio and profitability. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with an associative approach. The population in this study is the annual financial report of BPR Sukabumi Kalapanunggal Branch for the period 2014-2018 and a sample of 60 financial statements was taken. In this study the sample taker was using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is secondary data. The analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed: The dependent variable is profitability, while the independent variable is the non-performing loan and loan to deposit ratio. The results of this study indicate that partially a non-performing loan has a negative effect on profitability with the results of the t test amounting to -4,610 with a significant value of 0,000. The loan to deposit ratio has an effect on the t test of 2,271 with a significant value of 0.027. While simultaneously non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratios have a significant effect on profitability with the F test results of 12,697 with a significant of 0,000. Then it can be concluded that non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratio have an effect of 31.3% on profitability and the remaining 68.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study by the author.
