Abstract

The research was aimed at measuring work motivation and self-efficacy towards employee performance at PT. Latanza Sinar abadi Sukabumi Regency. The population in the research were employee of production division at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi Sukabumi Regency. The methods applied in the research were descriptive and associative. Sample deployed in the research was Simple Random Sampling which was included to probability sampling by spreading out questionnaires as much as 72 to the employees of production division at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi Sukabumi Regency. The analysis techniques applied were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, inclusive of determination coefficient test (F test). The result of the research for determination coefficient test (R2) is amounted to 0,408 which can be interpreted that the influence of work 40,8%, while the remaning of 59,2% is influenced by other factors unexplainted in the research. Based on multiple correlation coefficient test observed from he value of R amounted to 0,639 shows that there is strong relation between work motivation and self-efficacy towards employee performance. According to F count ≥ F table test, the result is namely 23,777 ≥ 2,38, so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. It means that there is significant influence between work motivation and self-efficacy towards employee performance.
