Abstract

Commitment of Oragnization can be defined as employee decision to remain staying within an organization. At PT. Doosan Jaya 3 Sukabumi Regency the commitment of organization was in low criteria. The research was aimed at measuring the role of job insecurity and job satisfaction toward commitmen of organization. The research method applied were descriptive and associative. The techniques off collecting data aplied were descriptive and assosaitive. The documentation and literatur review. The teechniques of analyzing data applied were commenced from preparing data, tabulating, data to testing phase by means of multiple correlation coefficient, determination coeffecient, multiple linearregression, and simultaneous hypothesis test (F test) Based on the result of the research of determation coefficient test which is observed from (R2) amounted to 0,442 it can be concluded that the role of job insecurity and job satisfaction towards commitment of organization is aggregated to 43,4% while the reaming 56,6% is influenced by other factors out of the research. Thus, according to multiple correlation coefficient test observed from R value, it shows tha there is strong relation between job insecurity (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) whit commitment organization (Y). The result of calculation of F test show that F count > F table whic namely is 33,574 > 3.37 so that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, so that job insecurity (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) influnce significantly towards commitment of organization (Y) algother.
