Abstract

The city of Sukabumi offers the exoticism of the city of modernity combined with the rich heritage of history. There are some historical heritages which become cultural heritages in Sukabumi City such as buildings, objects, and other historical relics that have important values. However, due to limited information, access to cultural heritage is difficult to obtain, it can hamper the management of cultural heritage. Therefore we need a system that can facilitate the provision of information and determine the shortest route between cultural heritage buildings that can be accessed anywhere, in order to help the public or tourists in finding effective solutions to optimize the distance to the location. The shortest route search for cultural heritage buildings as a provider of attribute data from a map object based on spatial data. In this study using the floyd warshall algorithm applying dynamic programming further guarantees the success of finding the optimum solution for the case of determining the shortest path. This study shows that the application of the floyd warshall algorithm to search for the shortest route of the cultural heritage building is able to become a system that can assist the government in managing and as an information media for building cultural heritage effectively to the public.
