Abstract

This research is motivated by the 2013 curriculum which uses the Scientific approach, emphasizing the process of observing, asking, trying, reasoning, and communicating. Cooperative learning can be used as an effective choice, if it is used in accordance with the procedure, therefore, the characteristics of cooperative learning must be included in the lesson plan. The formulation of the problem in this study is; how are the characteristics of group division based on the (heterogeneous) level of achievement in the learning steps in the Indonesian language teacher RPP class X in Sukabumi City Senior High Schools? how do the characteristics of individual responsibility towards other individuals in the steps of learning in the Indonesian language teacher RPP class X in Sukabumi City Senior High Schools? how are the characteristics of team recognition in the learning steps in the Indonesian language teacher RPP class X in Sukabumi City Senior High Schools ?. This study aims to determine the characteristics of cooperative learning in Indonesian language teacher RPP grade X in Public High Schools throughout Sukabumi City. The characteristics are group division based on achievement levels (heterogeneous), individual responsibility towards individuals, and team recognition. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative with ex post facto design. Subjects in the study were RPPs that were owned by Indonesian language teachers in class X of the Senior High Schools throughout Sukabumi City. The objects in the study are the characteristics of cooperative learning. Data collection techniques in research using observation and documentation. The results of the analysis show that the Indonesian language RPP in class X of SMA 2 and SMA 4 in the City of Sukabum did not include the full characteristics. Then the Indonesian language RPP in class X in the Public High School 3 of Sukabumi City which lists the characteristics of cooperative learning in full is found in KD 3.7.
