Abstract

Chronic kidney failure (CKD) is one of the causes of slowing down kidney function, at an early stage. (Brunnrr & Suddarth, 2014). Based on data obtained from RSUD R, Syamsudin, SH, the city of Sukab Umi was taken from July 2018 - February 2019, which was the highest number in the room of HM Muraz, which reached 205 people who were threatened by chronic kidney failure. The purpose of making scientific papers is to describe the results of applying the nursing care process directly to clients with chronic kidney failure. The nursing process is a method by which a concept is applied in nursing practice. From the results of the study. on Mr. D found three problems Changes in breathing patterns associated with shortness of breath, Excess fluid volume associated with the existence of edema in the lower extremity, activity intolerance associated with weakness, After doing nursing care for 3 days, the authors analyzed that the problem experienced by Mr. All can be overcome, so it is expected that the family must control the health of the client and control the client's activities that can help the client's life become healthier.
