Abstract

Analysis of the Conformity Material Sains Textbook Grade 8th Secondary High School on Digestive System Chapter. This study aims to determine the suitability of the material in Chapter digestive system based on the curriculum of 2013, this study was conducted in order to provide an overview to the Teachers and the government in selecting and using learning tools especially science textbook.. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Research subjects in this study is BSE IPA SMP published by the Central Curriculum and Books Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia. Data collection techniques conducted in this study was using documentation techniques using instruments in the form of a documentation sheet. Analysis of research data was using descriptive statistical analysis by calculating the frequency and percentage of emergence propositions and analyzing the suitability of the material based on KD curriculum 2013 from the content analysis / content Sains textboks. The results of the data analysis showed that the emergence of propositions in the sains textbook is the most dominating aspect of 75% of the overall paragraph on the material digestive System of sains tekstbooks, based on the curriculum 2013 material in the digestive system chapters is translated into 6 indicators of the material based on the results of conformity analysis the material covers the material content of the food percentage of suitability 85%, the material test material 71%, the material of the digestive organs 75% and the ingredients of digestion enzymes 84%, based on the suitability categories of the four materials have been "appropriate" but on the disease material on the digestive system and material preserves gastrointestinal organs have a percentage with the category "not appropriate" ie with a percentage below 10%.
