Abstract

The objectives of this research was to examine the influence of implementation of internal control and comitment of organization on the performance finance management in sukabumi local government. Data used in this research was questionnaires from PPK-SKPD and Bendahara at sukabumi local government. Sampling methode was using random sample. 176 questionnaires was distrubuted. Total returned questionnaires was 156 (88%). The method of data analyzing used in this research was multiple regression method with implementation of internal control and comitment of organization is independent variable and performance of finance management is dependent variable. This research showed that implementation of internal control and comitment of organization simultaneously has signifacant to performance of finance management based on the F test it showed value 723,682 more than F table 2.353.
