Abstract

PT. Selamat Lestari Mandiri Sukabumi is one of the companies located in Sukabumi City which is engaged in the sale of cars, spare parts, and service spare parts Toyota brand. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture factors on employee loyalty at PT. Selamat Lestari Mandiri Sukabumi. This research is descriptive and associative research, data analysis technique using path analysis to measure direct and indirect influence between variables. Based on the result of the research, it is found that the direct effect of X1 to Y is 0.03%, while the indirect effect through X2 is 0.11%, the indirect effect through X3 is 0,003%, the indirect influence through X4 is 0,015%, indirect influence through X5 by 0,044%, and indirect effect through X6 equal to 0,04%. the direct influence of X2 on Y is 16%, whereas the indirect effect through X3 is 0,003%, the indirect effect through X4 is 0,65%, and the indirect influence through X6 is 0,802%. the direct influence of X3 to Y is 0.03%, while the indirect effect through X4 is 0.006%, and the indirect effect of X5 is 0,034%, the indirect effect of X6 is 0,013%. the direct effect of X4 to Y is 1.37%, the indirect effect of X5 is 0.38%, the indirect effect through X6 0.013. the direct influence of X5 to Y is 1.17%, the indirect effect through X6 is 0.38%. The immediate effect of X6 to Y is 1.17% Result of calculation Hypothesis Test F count> F table that is 2,292> 1,91 so H1 accepted and H0. That is, there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee loyalty and Partial Hypothesis Test that is X1 to Y 0.113 ≤ 1.67793. X2 against Y 2,936 ≥ 1.67793. X3 to Y 0.009 ≤ 1.67793. X4 against Y 0.848 ≤ 0, 67793. X5 against Y 0.863 ≤ 1.67793. X6 against 0.863 ≤ 1.67793. So that the dominant variable affecting employee loyalty in this study is the norm
