Abstract

ROSADI. 2020. The Farm Analysis of Elephant Ginger (Zingiber Oficinale Rosc) Case Study at Ridomanah XIIB Farmers Group in Cijulang Village, Jampangtengah District, Sukabumi Regency. Under graduated of AMALIA NUR MILLA and RENY SUKMAWANI. The research on elephant ginger farming analysis was conducted on ginger farmers who are members of the Ridomanah XIIB Farmer Group, Cijulang Village, Jampangtengah District, Sukabumi Regency, with the aim of analyzing elephant ginger farming. The technique of determining the place and sampling was done purposively with 15 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive method with case studies. The data is processed using farm analysis, namely calculating the total cost, BEP and R / C ratio, income and the feasibility of the farm being run. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the analysis of elephant ginger farming is profitable and feasible to be cultivated. Farmers' income increased at a good selling price during the Covid-19 pandemic.
