Abstract

This study is entitled " The Implementation of Storytelling Methods in Embedding Responsibility in Children Aged 5-6 Years in Kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Sukabumi City" Among the examples of the attitude of responsibility are the majority of students when they finish their work or finish playing do not return goods to their original place because bored or tired. This condition requires the teacher to develop an atmosphere of learning in the classroom so that it remains fun and creates an appropriate environment for building students' knowledge so that students will be motivated in learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research. The research subjects were one teacher and students in group B1, which amounted to 20 students, and those examined were 6 students. Based on data from observations, interviews and documentation that have been carried out that the storytelling activities in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Kindergarten can be said to have been successful and very influential for the development of students' responsible attitudes, it was proven by the attitude of students who began to tidy up and complete their tasks up to done.
