Abstract
The population growth rate of Sukabumi City is 0.83% (BPS, 2018). Along with the increasing population and transportation in Sukabumi City, the need for transportation facilities is increasing. While the Sukabumi City region node is still not integrated, causing congestion problems. The most severe congestion in the City of Sukabumi is on the railroad node area (DISHUB, 2019). Through this study, it is expected to be an effort to overcome congestion at the node of the Sukabumi City train station. The method used is field observation and analysis of traffic engineering results. The results showed that the area of the Sukabumi City Railroad Station experienced factors that decreased the performance of the regional node, and LoS (Level of Service) was 0.82 (LoS E). The effort to deal with congestion in the railway station node area is first through improving physical facilities and the road environment, improving road design and proposing the integrated node node analysis stage.
